"Rising From The Ashes"

Jazi sat on his bed, staring at the rejection email glowing on his laptop screen, it was not his first rejection and deep down he feared it would not be his last. another opportunity, another rejection, another closed dooor, he ran his fingers in his hair, frustration and tightness in his chest, tear in his eyes. it felt like no matter how hard he tried, life refused to let him move forward, his dreams of success were slipping away, unaswered prayers and painful disappointments.

A knock on his door broke the spiral of his thoughts. His childhhod friend Duee came with a warm smile, Duee knew the situation of jazi. " Jazi i know things are getting complicated but don't lose hope you have come too far. Duee i have tried my best every time i think  i am making progress something push me back, maybe i am just not meant for success".

Before Duee respond, someone opened the door, Jeon walked in he carried a cup of tea, sat on the couch and joined the conversation, He said sometimes when everything is against us, faith is the only thing that keeps us going you have to trust the things will work out. Jazi snickered, "faith? Hope? what if these things are just illusions we used to avoid facing reality?"

A cold voice slithered into the room. Nor leaned against the doorway, arm crossed, her dark eyes filled with doubt. "Exactly jazi, why keep trying when you already know you will fail? you have already given your best and look where it got you just accept it, it is over". she took a step closer, her words like poison, trying to wrap around jazi's mind and suffocate his will to fight. a heavy weight pressed on jazi's chest. Nor's words rang his deepest fear.maybe she is right maybe i was wasting my time.

Natalie entered, his posture slouched, his eyes tired, settled onto jazi's chair with a sigh. she got a point, you know it is exhausting to keep fighting when nothing changes. maybe it is time to stop. " His voice was dull, empty and exaustion. why go through this again? just accept that it is not meant to be."

Before jazi could respond, the sound of foorsteps filled the room. Anny entered confidently, her presence filling the space with unshakable energy. " Why do you always listen to them jazi? they don't want you to win, they want to control your life, to make you give up so they can keep you stuck forever. but you have a choice you can let the failures define you, or you can rise up and fight back. the real question is are you going to let them win?.

just as jazi was about to answer, another figure stepped in hesitantly Jeon sighed, jazi, i know faith can feel impossible right now but even in confusion you can fing clarity. you are overwhelmed because you do not know the next step, but the first step? that is deciding to keep going.

His heart pounded, he thought of the nights he had spent working tirelessly, the sacrifices he had made, the dreams he had nurtured since childhood. was he really ready to throw it all away? with a deep breath he stood up. "No, he said firmly, i will not let this break me i don't know what is next, but i will not stop trying, if every door closes i will build my own".

Anny, duee and joen grinned. "That's the spirit, now let's get to work".

Nor huffed, rolling her eyes. "suit yourself, but don't come crying when you fail again". she knew she was losing control over him.

Natalie sighed, I hope you are right jazi but i don't have the energy for another fight, her words were weaker now, her grip was fading.

Duee stepped forward, placing the hand on jazi's shoulder. "you don't have to see the whole path right now. just trust that one step will lead to another. jazi nodded, determination settling in, "Then wait and watch, he said, because i am not done yet".

Moral of the story:

Negative thoughts may try to control you, but hope, faith, and courage will always lead you forward if you choose them.
