Once
upon a time, there lived a girl named Daphne, Who carried an invisible weight
on her shoulders. No one could see it, but to Daphne, it felt heavy as a
mountain. It followed her wherever she went during the day, it hid in the
corners of her mind, and at night, it crept into her dreams.
During
the day, Daphne would try to keep her mind busy. She did her home chores,
taught children did her studies and met her friends and relatives with smiley
face, but always felt like something was just behind her. It was a shadow, a
dark cloud of worry, pain and fear whispering doubts into her ears: “What if
you fail?” “What if they don’t like you?” “What if you’re not
good enough?””What if you die here?”
Thousand of questions that was killing her.
Daphne
tried to push those thoughts away, but they clung to her like vines, tightening
around her heart.
When
the sun set, her shadows grew larger. At night, the darkness in her room seemed
to blend with the shadows inside her, making it hard to breathe. Her thoughts
became louder, filling her with sadness that she couldn’t explain because there
was no one to listen her and understand her she was so alone. It felt as if she
was battling against invisible monsters and creatures made of fear and sorrow.
One
night, as she lay awake, unable to sleep, Daphne heard a soft voice. It was not
the voice of her doubts or fears. This voice was gentle, like the rustle of
leaves in the wind.
“Daphne,
you are not alone,” the voice said.
She
sat up and looked around her room, and there, in the moonlight, she saw a tiny
glow. It was a Star, glowing faintly.
“Who
are you?” Daphne whispered, wiping her tears.
“I’m
angle,” he replied. “I’m here to help you to face the shadows. You are not
alone I am always with you just trust me and yourself you are star of your own
universe”
Daphne
shook her head and asked who sent you? He said who has control of everything. Why
he sent you? He replied, because he loves you. “But the shadows are too big.
They follow me everywhere. They never go away.”
Angle
floated closer, his glow warming the room. “The shadows may be strong, but so
are you. You’ve faced them every single day and night, even when it felt
impossible. That’s a kind of strength.”
Daphne
didn’t feel strong, but Angle’s words made her heart feel lighter, even if just
a little.
“I’ll
show you something, angle said, “Close your eyes.”
“Look closely,” Angle said. “The shadows seem
scary, but they are not invincible. They change, and they can shrink.”
Daphne
took a deep breath. For the first time, she wasn’t running from the shadows.
She was standing still, watching them from afar. And as she did, she noticed
that the light around her grew brighter. The shadows were still there, but they
seemed less overwhelming, smaller somehow.
“This
is inside you,” Angle whispered. “It’s a place of calm and light. Whenever the
shadows feel too big, come back here. Remember that they can’t take away your
light.”
Daphne
opened her eyes, the shadows were still part of her world, but now she knew she
could find her way back to that peaceful place. With Angle by her side, she
knew she didn’t have to fight alone.
And
so, night after night, Daphne continued her journey. Some days the shadows were
smaller, some days they were larger, but she always knew that somewhere within
her, the light was waiting.
And
as the stars twinkled outside her window, Daphne smiled, feeling a little
stronger, a little braver. She knew that while the shadows might never fully
disappear, she had the power to face them, one day and one night at a time.
