When the night weeps.

Every night arrives with a new trial and a new fear, creeping into your heart like an uninvited guest. these fears envelop you, stealing your sleep and hauting the quiet hours. The world around you sleeps in peace, yet you sit alone, burdened by a storm that refuses to calm and no hand reaches out to hold yours.

Your chest feels heavy.  insecurities are whispering back to you. Your chest tightens as if an invisible weight is crushing you, and your throat feels like it’s being constricted. The darkness around you is not just a lack of light, it is an overwhelming void that magnifies every fear, every doubt. And there you sit, tears streaming down your face, trembling in solitude. There is no one to pull you close, no comforting arms to shield you from the suffocating loneliness. The pain, the anguish, is yours alone. In that moment, it feels like the entire world has abandoned you.

Others may see you as fragile, but only you know the battle you fight in silence. Only you understand the courage it takes to face a darkness that seems insurmountable, to wake up and try again despite the weight of the night that preceded it.

Believe this: you are braver than you think. The nights may test you, breaking you into pieces, but each time you gather yourself and carry on, you prove that you are unyielding. Your resilience, though hidden, is extraordinary.

One day, these nights will fade. One day, you’ll look back and realize that it was your strength, your persistence, that carried you through. For now, though, remember this: even in your most vulnerable moments, you are a warrior. And no darkness, no silence, can ever diminish the light within you.

Everything is going to be alright. Don’t be scared, don’t be nervous, don’t stop, don’t cry, don’t break, don’t give up, and don’t be angry.
